"ANNIO STUDIOS" is located close to the center of Nikiti, about 100m from the sea.
The complex consists of comfortable and spacious studio, all with fully equipped kitchen, fridge, toilet/shower, TV, air-conditioning (A/C) and private balconies. Each studio can accommodate up to 4 persons and an extra bed can be added upon request.
The building is surrounded by green gardens with flowers where there is also a kiosk with barbecue as well as a private parking area.
In the village market, which is full of life throughout the day, visitors will find a wide selection of shops such as supermarkets, greek art shops, jewellery shops etc, while on the promenade along the beach plenty of restaurants, pizza restaurants, cafes and beach bars.
Nikiti also has a post office, police station, bank and ATM, and the closest medical center is located 10 km away in Agios Nikolaos.
